Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze patient and provider data to uncover actionable insights
- Create dashboards and reports to support internal teams and stakeholders
- Monitor platform usage, engagement, and performance metrics
- Assist in identifying gaps in care and improving health outcomes
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and accuracy at every stage
Ideal Candidate :
- b analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of healthcare data formats (EHR, HL7, FHIR, etc.) is a plus
- Attention to detail with a passion for meaningful, mission-driven work
- Excellent communication skills to present data in a clear, human way
